Dennis L. Bowers, P.E., President

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Dennis spent ten years in consulting engineering as a Professional Engineer with H.F. Lenz Company, where he served as the Director of HVAC Design. Dennis has twenty years experience in mechanical construction management, including five years as Vice President of Mechanical Construction with Kircon-Breco, Inc. His duties included project estimating and bidding, project management, supervisor to four other project managers and design of HVAC systems. Owner and President of Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since its founding, his duties include estimating, project management, manpower assignment, marketing and accounts receivable. Jennie L. Bowers, CEO/Operations Manager

Jennie spent fourteen years as managerial assistant of the Field Services Division at H.F. Lenz Company, Consulting Engineers. Jennie assisted seven field construction inspection personnel. Her duties included preparation of punch lists, change orders, contracts and correspondence. Since 1996, Jennie has been a working stockholder of Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Her responsibilities include those duties performed at H.F. Lenz Company as well as accounting and corporate policy decisions, including project bidding and determination of final bid values. Timothy D. Johnston, Vice President Mechanical Construction

Tim entered the Plumbers & Pipefitters Union in 1994 as an apprentice. Tim has his Medical Gas Certification (NFPA 99C), Welding Certification (SMAW) and Backflow Prevention Certification for Testing and Installation of Backflow Preventers. Tim has his Master Plumber License with the cities of Johnstown and Altoona. He has been with Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since 1995. Since 2002, Tim has served as a field project supervisor. Tim is also involved with plumbing and heating estimation as well as project management. Tim was named Vice President in 2006. (tdjpinnacle@msn.com)

Frank H. Bailey, Jr., Project Manager/Estimator

Frank has been a plumber/pipefitter since 1999 and has been employed by Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since that time. Frank has had 960 hours of in-class education with the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program. Frank has an Associate Degree in HVAC, his Backflow Prevention Certification for Testing and Installation of Backflow Preventers and a Universal Certification as a Refrigeration Technician. Frank has his Master Plumber License with the city of Johnstown. Frank has served as a plumbing/heating estimator as well as in a project supervisory position since 2004.
